SusieCakes Bakery in Los Angeles is seeking a Guest Service Team Leader to oversee the on-duty guest experience, ensuring premium service and VIP treatment for every guest.

You will communicate bakery offerings, support the culinary team to elevate guest satisfaction, and manage daily ops including logs, breaks, and safety protocols. This role requires strong communication, reliability, and flexibility, with weekend and holiday availability.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a customer service environment preferred.
• Food handling experience in hospitality or food and beverage is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule according to business needs.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure positive guest and team member experience by addressing service issues.
• Communicate product offerings, new initiatives, and bakery updates to the team.
• Drive product sales by partnering with culinary team to meet guest expectations.
• Oversee operations: daily communication log, meal breaks, food safety and COVID procedures.
