The role requires 3-5 years in leadership within luxury, hospitality, food service, or retail, a business/hospitality background preferred, and flexibility to work across locations.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of managerial/leadership experience in luxury, hospitality, food service and/or retail.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business or hospitality management, preferred.
• Ability to work in multiple regional locations.
• Flexible schedule according to business needs.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in delivering an elevated guest experience within the bakery.
• Create a fun, lively and celebratory environment for guests and staff.
• Manage staffing (payroll), operating expenses, and budgets.
• Develop and train all employees to deliver world-class hospitality.
• Ensure safety procedures and maintain a clean, sanitary environment per health standards.
• Partner with the community to grow the business and brand.
