SusieCakes is hiring a General Manager for a new Brentwood location. You will lead the bakery team, drive exceptional guest experiences, and manage daily operations including staffing, budgeting, and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in bakery/retail leadership, a passion for hospitality, and a track record of team development. This permanent, full-time role includes weekends and evenings as part of a vibrant, customer-focused culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of managerial/leadership experience in bakery, restaurant, or retail environments.
• Passion for guest experience and team development.
• Strong work history and desire to grow within the company.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver elevated guest experiences within the bakery.
• Oversee production to ensure high-quality products.
• Manage staffing, payroll, operating expenses and budgets.
