Job summary

Aspire Bakeries LLC is seeking a Food Safety Quality Assurance Technician for our Santa Ana, CA bakery. You will ensure food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance through sampling, testing, inspections, and documentation, supporting the Quality Management System.

Key tasks include monitoring GMPs, HACCP, and GFSI standards, performing routine inspections, and escalating issues to protect consumers and maintain high product quality. Weekend availability and 2nd shift support the role.

Qualifications

• Basic HACCP principles and related regulations.
• Able to document test results and maintain records.
• Proficient with spreadsheet and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards.
• Perform product sampling, testing, and documentation to support the QMS.
• Monitor GMPs, HACCP, and GFSI requirements; identify defects.
• Conduct routine inspections of bakery operations for sanitation and safety.
