• Knowledgeable and experienced in general food safety programs and policies - includes government regulations, FDA, HACCP, GMP, and Allergen Programs.
• Experienced in scientific methodology, RCA, Continuous Improvement, SPC, and other tools to reduce process variability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure personal safety practices.
• Verify finished goods quality and safety by auditing against specifications and reporting results.
• Conduct periodic sanitation, GMP inspections, QA daily walkthroughs and HACCP compliance checks.
