Zusammenfassung

Aspire Bakeries LLC is seeking a Sanitor for our Santa Ana bakery. You will clean and sanitize production equipment and areas in line with SSOPs, ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards.

This is a first-shift, on-site role with hours 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM. Prior GMP and HACCP familiarity is preferred, and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Competitive benefits are offered as part of Aspire Bakeries’ compensation package.

Qualifikationen

• English and/or Spanish literacy.
• Safe operation around moving equipment and in wet or humid conditions.
• Work in environments with flour dust, noise, and temperature changes.

Aufgaben

• Clean and sanitize production equipment and areas per SSOPs and regulatory standards.
• Disassemble and reassemble equipment to enable thorough cleaning.
• Follow GMPs and all food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements.
• Handle cleaning chemicals per procedures and safety rules.
• Maintain accurate cleaning and sanitation records for equipment and areas.
• Organize and maintain the chemical room with proper labeling and storage.
