Aspire Bakeries LLC is seeking an FSQA Supervisor to lead quality assurance, ensure food safety, and drive continuous improvement in our California bakery operations.

You will manage FSQA Technicians, ensure regulatory and customer requirements, and collaborate with production, maintenance, and supply chain to deliver right-first-time quality.

Competenze

• Bachelor of Science Degree in food science or related field.
• 3+ years in food manufacturing/quality with supervisory experience.
• Experience with GFSI, BRC, SQF and/or USDA audits.
• HACCP training preferred.
• PCQI preferred.

Mansioni

• Quality Management System leadership and documentation control.
• Cross-functional collaboration with operations, maintenance, sanitation, and warehouse.
• Oversee product quality and CTQCP alignment with customer requirements.
• Lead and develop FSQA Technicians; manage performance and coaching.
• Oversee supplier approvals and material control.
• Lead investigations and corrective actions; manage product exposure risks during incidents.
• Support audits and regulatory representation.
• Promote food safety culture through the SIFIRI program.
• Manage departmental KPIs and drive technology enhancements.
• Other duties as assigned.
