Qualificações

• Must be able to read and follow SSOPs and GMPs.
• No sanitation experience required.
• Ability to work safely around moving equipment in a bakery environment.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and sanitize production equipment and production areas per SSOPs and regulations.
• Disassemble and reassemble equipment to support cleaning.
• Follow GMPs and food-safety requirements.
• Handle and use cleaning chemicals safely.
• Maintain cleaning records for equipment and areas.
• Organize and maintain the chemical room with proper labeling.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a safe, clean bakery environment.

Conhecimentos
