Job summary

Aspire Bakeries LLC in Stockton, CA, is seeking an experienced FSQA Supervisor to lead a team of technicians and ensure food safety and quality across bakery operations.

You will oversee regulatory compliance (FDA, USDA, and GFSI), drive continuous improvement, manage training, and collaborate with operations and maintenance. The position offers a 2nd shift, competitive benefits, and opportunities for growth within a growing North American bakery leader.

Qualifications

• BS in food science or equivalent required.
• 3+ years manufacturing/quality experience with supervision.
• Experience with GMP, HACCP, and food safety programs.
• Preference for PCQI and GFSI familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead FSQA technicians and ensure QMS compliance.
• Oversee regulatory audits and customer requirements.
• Drive corrective actions and root-cause analysis.
• Manage training, performance, and coaching of staff.
• Maintain supplier and material control programs.
• Support investigations and incident response.
• Promote food safety culture across the site.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and QA teams.
• Other duties as assigned.
