Bagel Brands in Webster Groves, MO is seeking a District Shift Leader to join Einstein Bros. Bagels. You will participate in a GM development plan and be prepared to lead bakeries within the market, with travel as needed. Shifts begin as early as 3am to support opening duties and guest service excellence.

The role paves the way toward a General Manager position, offering coaching, scheduling, inventory, and cash management exposure as you grow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Able to pass background check and have valid driver's license.
• Must complete ServSafe Certification program by end of GM development plan.

Responsibilities

• Fill in for General Managers at other locations within the market.
• Lead by example, coach and train teams, ensure high quality food and service.
• Learn and perform store operations including inventory, scheduling, and staffing.
