Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality and ability to engage guests.
• Ability to supervise staff and provide training and feedback.
• Experience in bakery operations and merchandising programs.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs consistently and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Comfort with computers and store systems.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, understand information and directions.
• Team player with ability to work with others.
• Demonstrated leadership in a retail environment.
• Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and department standards.

Responsabilités

• Ensure guests receive polite, friendly service from the bakery department staff.
• Achieve budgeted sales, shrink and profits for the bakery department.
• Maintain desired level of inventory and supplies.
• Operate the department according to merchandising and operational guidelines and programs.
• Ensure the quality of product for sale meets Lowes Foods standards.
• Maintain sanitation and safety throughout the department according to Lowes Foods standards.
• Provide guidance, orientation, training and feedback to ensure bakery department hosts achieve satisfactory performance standards.
• Perform product preparation, receiving, ordering, stocking and guest service as necessary to achieve standards.
• Maintain department’s labor budget and scheduling standards.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
• Performs PA announcements.
