Responsibilities

• Provide polite, friendly service from the bakery team.
• Achieve sales, shrink, and profit targets for bakery.
• Maintain inventory and supply levels to meet demand.
• Operate the department per merchandising and program guidelines.
• Ensure product quality meets Lowe's Foods standards.
• Uphold sanitation and safety across the department.
• Coach and develop bakery hosts toward performance standards.
• Assist with product prep, receiving, stocking, and guest service as needed.
• Manage labor budgets and scheduling within department.
• Perform store communications and other duties as assigned by management.
