Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift 25 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support bakery staff to ensure polite, friendly guest service.
• Achieve budgeted sales, shrink and profits for the bakery department.
• Maintain inventory, supplies, and department labor budgeting.
• Operate department according to merchandising and operation guidelines.
• Ensure product quality meets Lowes Foods standards and sanitation rules.
• Provide training, orientation, and feedback to hosts for performance.
• Handle product preparation, receiving, ordering, stocking, and guest service as needed.
• Perform PA announcements and other duties assigned by management.
