Job summary

You will maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area, handle product receiving and pricing, and support merchandising efforts to ensure freshness and presentation. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years bakery experience, and a flexible schedule including nights,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years Bakery experience
• Be dependable with flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Outgoing, friendly, and able to interact with customers
• Good communication skills; able to take direction in a team environment
• Able to answer phones and take special orders
• Maintain clean, sanitary bakery area and equipment
• Must be able to stand up to 3 hours per shift and lift up to 40 lbs

Responsibilities

• Prepare and package all baked goods
• Assist Bakery Manager with prep, baking, packaging, pricing, and merchandising
• Provide high level of customer service and ensure products are properly prepared and presented
• Maintain cleanliness of the Bakery department and equipment
• Receive, inspect, and log products for accuracy of shipment, temperature, and quality
• Support a fast-paced environment with efficient operations
