Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; with 1-2 years Bakery experience.
• Dependable and flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor with strong customer interaction skills.
• Good communication and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to answer phones and take special orders.
• General housekeeping in the department; sanitize work area.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Bakery Manager in preparing, baking, packaging, pricing, and merchandising all baked goods.
• Provide a high level of customer service and ensure proper presentation of bakery items.
• Maintain clean, safe, and sanitary bakery area and equipment; sweep and clean shelves.
• Stock, fill, face, and ensure pricing; rotate products and discard spoiled items.
• Receive, inspect, and log products for accuracy of shipment, temperature, and quality.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to team success.
