Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. in Poway, CA is seeking a Bakery Clerk to help prepare and package all baked goods and deliver friendly, fast service in a busy store atmosphere.

You will assist the Bakery Manager with prep, pricing, stocking, and rotation; keep the area clean and safe; weigh and label products; and help customers with special orders. A high school diploma and 1–2 years of bakery experience are preferred, and you must be 18 or older.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1–2 years bakery experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ and able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; friendly, team-oriented.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and package all baked goods for sale.
• Assist Bakery Manager with pricing, merchandising, and rotation of products.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery area.
• Weigh, label, and log products; respond to customer requests.
• Receive, inspect, and log shipments as needed.
