Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking a friendly Bakery Clerk to prepare and package a variety of baked goods in a fast-paced, customer‑focused setting.

You will support the Bakery Manager with prep, pricing, and merchandising while delivering outstanding service. This role requires 18+ with a HS diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years bakery experience, and the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 lbs, and work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 with a High school diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years Bakery experience or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
• Be dependable with flexible schedule including night, weekends, and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with ability to interact with customers.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Able to answer phones and take special orders.
• General housekeeping: clean and sanitize work area; maintain bakery area and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, bake, and package all baked goods.
• Assist Bakery Manager with prep, pricing, and merchandising of baked goods.
• Provide high level customer service and ensure proper presentation and cleanliness of the bakery area.
• Maintain clean, safe bakery environment and equipment; rotate stock and discard spoiled items.
• Receive, inspect, and log product shipments for accuracy and quality.
