Qualifications

• Must have 1–2 years bakery experience or an acceptable education/experience mix.
• Be dependable with ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Provide friendly customer service and interact well with customers.
• Able to answer phones and take special orders.
• Perform housekeeping and ensure sanitation in the department.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and package all baked goods.
• Assist Bakery Manager with prep, pricing, and merchandising.
• Maintain clean, safe bakery area and equipment.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and proper product rotation.
• Receive and inspect shipments for quality and temperature.
