Sprouts Farmers Market is hiring a Bakery Clerk in Parker, CO. The Baker prepares, bakes, and packages all baked goods and delivers friendly customer service in a fast-paced store atmosphere. You will assist with setup, pricing, and merchandising while keeping the bakery area clean and well-stocked.

The role requires 1–2 years bakery experience (or equivalent) and a high school diploma or equivalent. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years bakery experience preferred or equivalent education/experience.
• Must be dependable with flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer service and communication skills; able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Bakery Manager with preparing, baking, packaging, pricing and merchandising baked goods.
• Provide high level of customer service and ensure proper presentation of bakery items; keep area clean.
• Maintain clean, safe bakery area and equipment; sweep and sanitize surfaces.
• Stock, fill, face, and ensure pricing accuracy; rotate products and discard outdated items.
• Receive, inspect, and log shipments for accuracy, temperature and quality.
