Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Bakery Manager in Parker, CO to support the Bakery Manager with daily supervision of the department and leadership of Bakery Clerks. You will focus on product quality, display execution, inventory control, and excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires two years of retail grocery and supervisory experience, the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and a Food Handlers permit.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' retail grocery experience.
• Two years supervisory experience.
• Able to stand for up to 3 hours and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Handlers permit required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Bakery Manager in managing and merchandising the department for productivity and profit.
• Order and inventory controls; supervise Bakery team.
• Execute rotation of merchandise and building displays.
• Monitor incoming cases for damaged items.
• Ensure delivery of excellent customer service and monitor product quality.
• Unload and process store deliveries; operate deli equipment.
• Adhere to safety, health, and sanitation guidelines.
