The role requires 18+ years old with a HS diploma and 1–2 years bakery experience, plus a reliable, flexible schedule including nights and weekends. We value teamwork and safety in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years bakery experience or an acceptable education/experience mix.
• Dependable with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with strong customer service and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and package all baked goods.
• Assist Bakery Manager with prep, baking, packaging, pricing, and merchandising.
• Provide high level customer service and ensure items are prepared, packaged, and presented.
• Maintain clean, safe, and sanitary bakery area and equipment.
• Stock, rotate, and price bakery products; discard outdated items.
• Receive, inspect, and log shipments for accuracy.
