Sprouts Farmers Market is hiring a Bakery Clerk to prepare and package baked goods, assist with pricing and merchandising, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting. You will help maintain a clean bakery area, stock items, and support the Bakery Manager with daily operations.

The role requires 18+ with a HS diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years bakery experience, and a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older with a HS diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years Bakery experience or equivalent
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
• Ability to operate knives, scales, wrappers, and equipment safely; stand long hours; lift up to 40 lbs

Responsibilities

• Assist Bakery Manager in preparing, baking, packaging, pricing and merchandising baked goods
• Provide high level of customer service and ensure proper presentation of bakery items
• Maintain clean, safe, and sanitary bakery area and equipment
• Stock, rotate, and price bakery products; discard outdated items
• Receive, inspect and log deliveries for temperature and quality
• Respond to customer needs and handle special orders when required
