Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Bakery Manager in Sarasota, FL to support daily supervision of the Bakery Department and lead Bakery Clerks. You will help manage inventory, displays, and ensure top‑notch customer service in a fast‑paced, friendly setting.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in retail grocery with supervisory experience, strong communication, and a flexible schedule to cover nights, weekends, and holidays. Safety and sanitation standards are a must.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' retail grocery experience and two years supervisory experience.
• Able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor with the ability to engage customers.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• Able to take and give direction in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Bakery Manager in supervising Bakery Department operations.
• Manage and merchandise the department for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls and Bakery team supervision.
• Rotate merchandise and build displays; ensure product quality.
• Monitor incoming cases for damage and ensure safety guidelines.
