Qualifications

• Two years retail grocery experience and two years supervisory experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with customers.
• Ability to answer phones and take special orders.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Bakery Manager in managing and merchandising the department for productivity and profit.
• Order placement, inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Bakery team.
• Rotate merchandise and build displays to attract customers.
• Monitor incoming cases for damaged items and ensure product quality.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain sanitation guidelines.
• Operate deli equipment and maintain clean, safe work areas.
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation requirements.
