Food Management Search, Inc. is seeking Production Supervisors for a prominent bakery manufacturer in Rocky Mount, NC. The role leads a team of 15–25 employees across first, second, and third shifts, ensuring safety, quality, and production targets are met.

You will coach and develop staff, monitor performance, and coordinate with maintenance and QA to resolve issues, while upholding GMPs and food-safety standards. On-site position with competitive benefits and a 5% bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising production in food manufacturing.
• Bakery or frozen foods experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and manage performance.
• Knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
