Job summary

Paris Baguette in Richardson, TX is seeking dedicated Bakers to craft pastries, breads, and desserts in a warm bakery café setting. You will uphold high quality, follow recipes, and maintain cleanliness while delivering freshly baked goods to guests.

Ideal candidates are team players with strong communication, who can multi-task, manage time, and work efficiently during busy shifts. Prior food-handler knowledge and a passion for our mission to bring joy through our baked goods are a plus.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food producing processes and sanitation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Responsibilities

• Fry donuts, add toppings, and decorate pastries and breads as needed.
• Assist in oven operations and bread production.
• Bake recipes and prepare all desserts.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of workstation and kitchen.
• Stock ingredients and manage supplies.
• Report equipment issues and low inventory to supervisors.
• Complete production and waste reports as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
