Paris Baguette is hiring a Baker to oversee the production of bread, pastries, donuts, and desserts. The role focuses on precision, pace, and staying aligned with brand standards in a high-volume bakery environment.

Responsibilities include operating ovens and fryers, managing prep tasks, and maintaining a clean, safe station while meeting daily production goals. This is a hands-on, early-morning position with opportunities for growth within the brand.

Formación

• At least 1 year of bakery production experience.
• Familiarity with baking techniques, recipe execution, and production timing.
• Knowledge of food safety, labeling, and sanitization practices.
• ServSafe Food Handler’s Certification (preferred).
• Confectionery or culinary background is a plus.
• Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Excellent teamwork, organization, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and bake all bread, pastries, donuts, and desserts to spec and on schedule.
• Operate ovens, dough conditioners, and fryers safely and efficiently.
• Handle prep tasks: scaling, shaping, topping, and finishing product.
• Monitor bake times, temperatures, and product appearance for consistency.
• Maintain a clean, food-safe, and well-organized back-of-house station.
• Rotate and stock ingredients, checking for quality and freshness.
• Complete production logs, waste tracking, and usage sheets.
• Flag equipment or supply issues to the General Manager.
• Support the team with flexibility and urgency to meet daily goals.
