Job summary

Paris Baguette is hiring a Baker to join our growing bakery café team. You will be responsible for frying donuts, decorating pastries, and producing a range of breads and desserts in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Ideal candidates possess knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and efficient production techniques, with the ability to work weekends and holidays and collaborate with a strong team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food production processes and sanitation programs.
• Knowledge of food production techniques, microbiology, and safety practices.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of food labeling, nutrition, and FDA guidelines.
• Food Handler’s Certificate preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Fry donuts, add toppings, and decorate pastries and bread.
• Operate kitchen productions per shift.
• Bake recipes and prepare all desserts.
• Perform general oven duties and dough checks.
• Prepare ingredients and materials for production.
• Scale and shape breads, loaves, and pastries.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of station and kitchen.
• Record production, usage, and waste reports.
• Assist with inventory and stock management.
