Responsibilities

• Perform kitchen operations and productions

• Perform general oven duties and check dough conditioner
• Prepare materials and ingredients for production
• Scale and shape breads, loaves, and pastries
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of work station and kitchen
• Receive, stock, and store food properly; notify supervisors of equipment issues
