Paris Baguette - 371 7th Ave is seeking a dedicated Baker to produce and decorate a variety of pastries and breads. You will operate ovens, manage dough, and ensure clean, safe work areas while delivering quality baked goods to guests.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food production processes and sanitation.
• Understanding of food safety, labeling and FDA-related knowledge.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily baking tasks.

Responsibilities

• Fry donuts, apply toppings and decorate pastries and bread as needed.
• Run kitchen operations and bake recipes for desserts.
• Perform general oven duties and check dough conditioner.
• Prepare materials and ingredients; scale and shape breads and pastries.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work station.
• Record production, usage and waste reports; assist with inventory.
• Inform supervisors about equipment issues and stock levels.
• Support other related duties as assigned.
