Job summary

Paris Baguette is seeking a Cake Team Member to craft and decorate cakes, pastries and desserts with attention to presentation and quality. You will work closely with a pastry team to ensure timely production and display readiness, upholding sanitation and organization standards throughout the shift.

Ideal candidates have a passion for confectionery, strong teamwork, and a willingness to learn new techniques while maintaining high product quality for guests.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food production and sanitation practices.
• Understanding of food safety, labeling and nutrition basics.
• Confectionery/food focus is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scale, decorate and produce all desserts, pastries and cakes.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitization of work station.
• Demonstrate proper techniques to new cakers and manage time efficiently.
• Ensure cake displays are presentable for customers.
• Receive and stock ingredients; inform supervisor of equipment issues.
