Sodexo is seeking a Baker at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth to prepare a range of baked goods from scratch following established recipes. You will weigh ingredients, mix doughs, bake items, and ensure quality and proper temperatures throughout preparation and service.

Responsibilities

• Check daily production schedules and bake a variety of items from scratch following Sodexo recipes.
• Weigh and measure ingredients, mix doughs, shape dough, and bake items to perfection.
• Regulate oven temperatures and ensure products are held at correct temperatures.
• Stock the bake shop area, rotate, label, and date products; keep area clean and organized.
• Be attentive to special requests and maintain high quality in all items; punctuality is essential.
