Qualifications

• Experience in a bakery or pastry role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check daily production schedules and follow recipes to prepare a variety of baked items from scratch.
• Accurately weigh and measure ingredients, mix doughs and batters, shape and bake items.
• Regulate oven temperatures and ensure products are served at correct temperatures.
• Set up, stock, and maintain the bake shop area with proper storage and labeling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area.
