Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• 0–1 year of related bakery work experience preferred.
• Experience in a bakery or pastry role is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Check daily production schedules and follow Sodexo recipes to prepare baked items from scratch (bread, rolls, muffins, cakes, pastries).
• Accurately weigh and measure ingredients, mix doughs by hand or mixer, shape dough, and bake items to specification.
• Regulate oven temperatures, monitor baking times, and ensure all products are stored and served safely.
