Job summary

JLL is seeking a Control Room Operator for our Boston baggage handling operations at Logan International Airport. You will monitor the BHS, coordinate with technicians and staff, and ensure smooth daily flows, emergencies contained, and accurate reporting.

Responsibilities include responding to alarms, guiding maintenance crews, and maintaining shift logs while upholding safety and customer service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to operate BHS control room and monitor alarms.
• Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Report BHS alarms/events and coordinate repairs as needed.
• Coordinate personnel and resources to maintain minimum service levels.
• Maintain high level of customer service with stakeholders and staff.
• Be attentive to BHS conditions and respond to jams, faults, or outages.
• Initiate communication protocols to leadership during emergencies.
• Dispatch technicians for repairs and support daily operations.
