JSM Airport Services, LLC is hiring a Control Room Operator in Houston to support the Baggage Handling System at George Bush Intercontinental Airport. The role is full-time, 24/7 coverage, with a focus on maintaining service quality and rapid response to events.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED.
• Experience with MS Office and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with executives and SMEs.
• Excellent organizational skills with time management.
• Adaptable to changing priorities and working independently or in teams.
• Proficient reading, writing and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Report BHS alarms/events, inspect blockages, and repair equipment as needed.
• Coordinate personnel and resources to maintain minimum service levels.
• Communicate with stakeholders and BHS inquiries courteously and efficiently.
• Monitor entire BHS to respond to jams, faults, power outages, and routing issues.
• Operate Windows workstations and monitoring applications.
• Document event schedules and implement call-tree notifications.
• Follow safety and compliance training; perform ancillary duties as required.
