Responsibilities

• Report BHS alarms/events, inspect and clear blockages, repair equipment as needed.
• Coordinate personnel and resources to meet minimum service requirements.
• Interact with stakeholders and BHS inquiries in a courteous manner.
• Monitor BHS operations across workstations and monitoring apps.
• Document events, start-up procedures, and call-tree notifications.
