Job summary

American Dream is seeking a Badging Coordinator to operate and maintain the badging system, ensuring a safer workplace for team members, tenants, contractors and vendors.

You will issue and renew badges, trouble shoot proxy concerns, track forms, manage parking permits, coordinate with loading dock, and uphold SOPs, while keeping facilities safe and orderly. Excellent communication and MS Office skills are essential; multiple shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Effective time management and ability to multitask.
• Professional phone manner and exceptional customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to work various shifts.

Responsibilities

• Issuing and renewing badges.
• Trouble shooting proxy concerns.
• Tracking and organizing badging forms.
• Tracking payments and counting monthly fees.
• Training and maintaining SOP guidebook.
• Maintaining equipment and supply levels.
• Issues and documentation of parking permits.
• Coordination with loading dock personnel and handling special requests.
• Manages and fills roof-detail requests.
• Maintains list of team members allowed to drive company vehicles / annual driving checks.
• Booster documentation and paperwork.
• Safety and cleanliness of office space.
• Enforce all policies to ensure access control integrity.
• Conduct quarterly audits.
• Other duties as assigned.
