Responsibilities

• Issue and renew badges for team members, tenants, contractors and vendors
• Troubleshoot proxy concerns and maintain badge system integrity
• Track and organize badging forms and related payments
• Coordinate with loading dock personnel and manage parking permits
• Maintain equipment, supply levels and standard operating procedures guidebook
• Perform quarterly audits and ensure safety and cleanliness of the office space
• Enforce policies to maintain access control and security
