Qualifications

• Must be a results driven individual.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Acts as our Customer's best service provider at all times.
• Ability to pass State and Federal licensing requirements.
• Experience in security-related industries preferred: electronic, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, and healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report emergency and non-emergency events.
• Monitor security and dispatch appropriate personnel.
• Notify appropriate management levels as needed.
• Coordinate reporting and dispatch with relevant parties for emergencies and non-emergencies.
• Manage CCTV and badge activities to control access.
• Monitor facility emergency information communications system.
