Inter-Con Security Systems is hiring a Badging Specialist to serve as a customer service champion and uphold safety and security standards at client sites. You will greet personnel and visitors and manage badge issuance with professionalism.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to stay calm in busy environments, and a focus on security procedures. Training will be provided, with opportunities for career development within a global security provider.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required or preferred.
• Ability to interact courteously with the general public.
• Remain calm and focused in stressful situations.

Responsabilités

• Greet and process personnel and visitors, issuing badge IDs.
• Answer incoming calls and route them as needed; log voicemails.
• Report suspicious persons or events in coordination with stakeholders.
• Assist with Parking Validation, Package Tracking, Security Access/Video Monitoring as needed.
• Support emergency safety/security response efforts.
