Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in business, logistics, supply chain, management or related field preferred.
• 1-2 years in production, warehouse, retail or logistics environments required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead a diverse team and promote a positive work culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily backroom production operations including donation intake, sorting, processing, pricing and material handling.
• Provide hands-on leadership to backroom staff to meet production goals and quotas.
• Monitor workflow to ensure efficient movement from intake to production.
• Enforce quality standards, safety protocols and CPSC/compliance guidelines.
• Safeguard donated goods and uphold donor experience expectations.
• Train, onboard and coach team members on procedures and performance metrics.
