Qualifications

• Associate degree in related field preferred.
• Experience in production, warehouse, or retail logistics desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily backroom production operations including donation intake, sorting, processing, pricing, and material handling.
• Provide hands-on leadership to backroom staff to meet production goals and quotas.
• Monitor workflow and productivity to ensure efficient movement of donated goods from intake to production.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with processing guidelines and safety standards.
