Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. is seeking a full-time Backroom Operations Manager in Bellevue, WA to lead daily backroom activities including donor door management, processing, inventory, and production workflow.

You will ensure accurate pricing, align output with sales needs, and drive KPIs to improve performance. This on-site role emphasizes safety, quality, and donor stewardship while delivering strong results within the store leadership framework.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
• Experience: 2–3 years supervisory or lead experience in production, warehouse, retail, or logistics environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily backroom operations including donor door, sorting, processing, and product placement on the sales floor.
• Lead production huddles, monitor KPIs (production, yield, sell-through, quality), and coach staff to meet targets.
• Directly supervise and develop backroom team members and Leads, including training and performance feedback.
