Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate’s degree preferred; related fields welcomed.
• 2–3 years of supervisory/lead experience in production, warehouse, retail or logistics.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people-management abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of production, inventory, and quality control processes with data reporting ability.
• Ability to learn/apply new processes, systems, and procedures.
• Ability to lead a diverse team and promote an inclusive culture.
• Proficiency with MS Office and online product research.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily backroom operations and donor door.
• Ensure smooth donor intake to sorting, processing and shelf placement.
• Manage production flow, quality control, inventory movement and trailer readiness.
• Ensure correct pricing and timely merchandising to sales floor.
• Plan, schedule, assign and direct work to meet sales, service and KPI targets.
• Lead daily production huddles and track performance against KPIs.
• Coach and develop backroom team members; support HR policies.
