Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. in Bellevue seeks a Retail Assistant Store Manager – Backroom Operations to lead donation intake, processing, inventory management, quality control, and production workflow for the sales floor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree preferred in business, logistics, supply chain, retail operations, or related field.
• Two to three years of supervisory or lead experience in production, warehouse, retail, or logistics environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily backroom operations, including donor door, to drive operational excellence.
• Lead production flow with quality control, inventory movement, and pricing alignment.
• Direct scheduling, coaching, and development of backroom team.
• Support cross-training and eCommerce readiness to meet store needs.
• Maintain accurate reporting and KPI visibility for performance optimization.
