Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean store.
• Lead and train Associates on merchandising and processing.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and stocked on the sales floor.
• Communicate with management to prioritize tasks and monitor productivity.
• Safeguard safety and adherence to labor policies.
