• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience

• Capable of lifting heavy objects and multitasking

Responsibilities

• Executing receiving and merchandising standards and ensuring Associates process merchandise efficiently
• Engaging with customers to provide an excellent store experience
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising principles and backroom processes
• Organizes back stock and maintains signage standards
• Ensures adherence to labor policies and safety guidelines
• Supports shrink reduction goals and collaboration with management
