Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing and a positive customer experience.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintains and verifies tagging, hanging, securing, and stocking of merchandise.
• Organizes back stock and ensures planogram and signage standards are followed.
• Communicates with management to ensure smooth flow of goods to the sales floor and adherence to labor policies.
