Job summary

HomeGoods at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking team-oriented individuals to execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates are processing efficiently and customer service is outstanding.

You’ll work with a collaborative team to organize backstock, tag and code merchandise, and maintain safety and store standards. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of retail experience and 6 months in a leadership role, with the flexibility to work nights and weekends.

• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards to keep flow of goods efficient.
• Engages customers to provide an excellent shopping experience.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes merchandise for the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintains tagging, hanging, security, and coding of merchandise.
• Ensures backroom organization, cleanliness, and recovery standards.
• Promotes safety and compliance with policies and labor laws.
